If you’re a single mum, you’ve probably heard that self-care is all about bubble baths and candles. But let’s be real—when you’re raising kids, running a household, and juggling everything alone, self-care feels impossible. This is why we need to rethink it. As single mothers, raising kids, running a household and being the sole income earner with financial obligations coming out of every orifice (pardon my French!) - on top of everything else going on in our world - we often give our power away by focussing solely on everyone else’s needs and ignore our own.
